Another Pakistani injured in Indian shelling near Rawalakot

RAWALPINDI: An old person was injured in unprovoked shelling by Indian army near Rawalakot at LoC on Saturday. Wali Muhammad (70), resident of village Mori, was injured in latest shelling by Indian army Saturday afternoon, says an ISPR spokesman.

Pakistani troops effectively responded to Indian shelling, the spokesman said, adding that every Indian violation at the Line of Control and working boundary will meet befitting response.

Meanwhile, in view of Indian aggression along the LoC a control room has been established to monitor the situation.

On directions of Prime Minister of AJK Chaudhry Abdul Majeed the chief secretary of AJK has established a control room under the supervision of additional secretary home to collect the information of Indian firing, shelling and violation of ceasefire agreement on LoC and circulate the same to print and electronic media besides other concerning authorities.
