Members die in crash of the Golden Eagles

Four members from the ranks of Colombian football club Golden Eagles killed Saturday in a traffic accident on the Medellin-Bogota route that left a total of six deaths, authorities said. 

"We have six people dead," the director of the Highway Patrol Colombia, Carlos Mena, detailing told reporters that according to preliminary investigations, the cause of the crash was "speeding" by the vehicle they were moved the team Golden Eagles.

While Mena confirmed that the sixth fatality was the driver of the vehicle that was going the wrong way and fell on the car carrying members of the football team. 

A seventh person was injured in the accident and was taken to a medical facility in the area cafeterocafetera.
